There's also mention of the severe sexual harassment and assault threats Chara faced during their childhood in conjunction with this. It's short and is not graphic but be careful anyway if this might upset you.

Innig and Undyne are both injured offscreen in a confrontation with the antagonist, and Chara is injured while fighting the antagonist, but there are no character deaths in this story.
